Mr.Yokochi did initial development succeed for several key projects such as music, movies, broadband portal and providing music contents into official mobile sites in giant ISP company NIFTY Corporation subsidiary under FUJITSU group, its one of major internet service providers in Japan.

Mr.Saito joined NTT, which was 1st year privatized out of government in 1985. He is a MBA holder by the MIT Sloan School of Management that is high-tech venture business management majority. After that, he managed portal business into Japanese market at Netscape Communications Corporation, USA.
Continuously he’s assigned as Representative Director/COO in Digital Garage Inc. in Japan. His existing focus is hands-on investment collaborating with partners in High-Tech market that is not only IT as well as new innovation business. In June 2013, he became co-founder of Gooute Pte. Ltd. as director.
Mr.Lau is a Chairman and Managing Partner of DGL GROUP Inc. His first significant career was start up brought multinational businesses into the Asia Pacific region, such as IT, online information and outsourcing business, providing professional services with global companies such as Citigroup, GTECH Corporation and Egon Zehnder International.
In 2000, he did co-founded Mustard Seed LLP which is the initial angel fund accredited by the Singapore Economic Development Board. His powerful career shows in roles of various companies and NPO and other potential corporates. In June 2013, he became director at Gooute Pte. Ltd. as Singapore resident.
Mr.Tomiyasu worked together with Mr.Yokochi in NIFTY to develop music and movie contents mainly. Besides, he builds up service plan and operating structure for mobile and PC contents under his leading. In Gooute Group, he is a representative of INCIR Inc. as well as director of Gooute Pte. Ltd.
He is responsible for building relationships and partner/alliance activities with domestic CPs and service planning.
Mr. Kevin Wong is the Chairman of Bosons Capital Pte Ltd. He was the Group CEO of Keppel Land Limited for 13 years. Keppel Land is one of the largest listed real estate companies in Singapore and has investments and developments in over 10 countries in Asia.
Prior to joining Keppel Land, Mr Wong was with various companies in related industries in the US, UK, and Hong Kong. Mr Wong was the Chairman of Alpha Investment Partners Limited and Deputy Chairman of K-REIT Asia Management Limited, both are fund management companies with over S$8.5 billion and S$6.5 billion assets under management respectively. His appointments in the past include being the Deputy Chairman of Keppel Land China Limited, a Director of Building and Construction Authority, HDB (Housing and Development Board) Corporation Pte Ltd, Singapore Hotel Association, and Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. Mr Wong is a Director of Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (Pte) Limited and Deputy Chairman of BCA (Building and Construction Authority) Academy Advisory Panel. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering with First Class Honors from Imperial College, University of London, and has a Master of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.
Mr Koh is the Chairman of Credence Partners, a private equity fund focused on investing in SMEs in Southeast Asia. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree (First Class Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London in 1972, and his MBA (Distinction) in the Harvard Business School in 1976.
Mr Koh began his career in 1977 at Hewlett Packard and rose to become its Managing Director in Singapore from 1985 to 1990. He was previously the Executive Chairman of the Wuthelam Group, Chairman of the Singapore Telecom Group (Singtel) and its predecessor organizations, Chairman of Singapore Airlines Limited as well as Chairman of Development Bank of Singapore. He was formerly on the Board of Temasek Holdings for 15 years and also served as a member of their Executive Committee. Mr Koh also contributes actively to non-profit organisations. He is the current Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Nanyang Technological University, and is a director of the Hewlett Foundation in the United States. In 2015, Mr Koh joined Gooute Pte Ltd as an adviser.
Mr. Yamazawa is a Representative of partner and Certified Tax Accountant of ALTESTA Corporation. He graduated the Waseda University in 1996, and entered Arthur Andersen to engaged in international tax consulting. He received his Certified Public Accounting certification in 1998.
In the following year, he entered the University of California, Berkeley and majored in Corporate Finance. After the graduation, he joined Yoshizaki & SklarLLP, New York as an intern and engaged in tax accounting support. He established ALTESTA certified tax accountant office in 2001 and engaged in Tax Management, Accounting Services and consulting for both for Japanese and foreign companies. It became a Japan office of United Tax Network and Global Tax Network which a global network of tax advisory firms. Its office reorganized to Corporation in 2011 and he became a Representative partner. It has offices in Singapore, Thai, Indonesia and Taiwan besides Tokyo and it provides incorporation procedures, tax and accounting for Japanese companies entering overseas. In 2013, It’s appointed to Comprehensive advisory Certified tax accountant Corporation in Japan by JETRO and conducts Tax research of Multiple Countries.
Mr. Sakamoto worked as a General Manager of Technical team in Panasonic Corp. and “ SD Association”. He had long experience, involved as the key for the core technologies of SD card and Panasonic.
After Panasonic, he served as an Adviser of Public Foundation of Kansai Research Institute (KRI), in 2012.
In 2016, he became Gooute Pte. Ltd. ‘s Technical Adviser to participate in INCIR Project.
Project Professor at the Graduate School of Media and Governance, Keio University. Formerly, he was a senior researcher of NTT Cyber Solutions Laboratories.
Through research in artificial intelligence and research and development in natural language processing, he was engaged in research and development of media and content delivery related technologies, such as IPTV, fixed mobile convergence, metadata, and copyright management
He actively participated in the collaboration between DVB, ARIB and ITU to standardize broadcast communication.
He has been a chairman of ITU-TIPTV-GSI since 2009. Also he is engaged in the construction of infrastructure for interoperability as well as web platform tests with W3C.
In Gooute, he facilitates the construction of IPTV business for mobile, and HTML5 platform for international mobile operators working with Keio University, as a project of collaboration between industry and academia.
Mr. Kelly has a 25 year track record of starting, incubating and developing new business in Japan and throughout Asia. Since his arrival in Tokyo in 1988, he has served in a variety of roles, including investment banking, venture capital, intellectual property investment and management and start-ups.
After graduating from Colgate University in 1988, he spent 10 years as an investment banker, first as an institutional equity salesman at Deustchebank in Tokyo, and then established and was the Representative Director of Robertson Stephens & Company’s Tokyo office. In 1998, he established and was president of K2 Services Corporation, an early stage venture investor focusing on Japan and Asia, and founded and was president of Sentient Health Japan, a medical devices supply chain management solutions company.
From 2005 until 2012, he worked at Intellectual Ventures (IV), an investment fund that invests in inventions and intellectual property, where he participated in the fundraising for IV’s Invention Development Fund and later was the Global Head of Business Development and President of Intellectual Ventures Japan.
